Grossman’s Gambling Guide-CFB Week 4

Boy was I a fucking mush last week! 2-3 ATS and 1-2 O/U is a horrible fucking week! Everything that could have went wrong, went wrong. (Except South Carolina hitting that backdoor cover with 11 seconds left) The opposite happened in the Clemson Syracuse game. Clemson scored with 48 seconds left even though they were up 28 already. What would have been a push turned into a really bad fucking beat! Here’s to a much needed rebound in Week 4!

Overall ATS 13-7

Overall O/U 7-5

Michigan St. -9 @ Northwestern

Michigan St. is coming off a terrible home loss to Herm Edwards and ASU. The real story here though is that this game will be all about defense! This will be Big 10 Football at its finest! A slugfest between 2 defensive minded teams that is sure to be low scoring. Elijah Collins is going to continue carrying the Spartan’s shitty offense, while Hunter Johnson tries to learn how to throw the fucking ball for NW. An ugly game like this always results in a close game.

Pick: Northwestern +9

Auburn @ Texas A&M -3.5

Texas A&M has given up 34 points this year, 24 of which came against Clemson. This will be the first real defensive test Bo Nix and Auburn face and it will be in a real tough environment. Kellen Mond is real fuckin good and nobody really knows who he is. The A&M defense will give Nix fits forcing him to make mistakes and maybe the world will know who Kellen Mond is after this game.

Pick: Texas A&M -3.5

West Virginia -4.5 @ Kansas

Les Miles has this Kansas team ready to run through a fuckin brick wall. Now I won’t go as far to say that Kansas is for real, but you don’t have to be for real to beat a mediocre WVU team at home. Khalil Herbert and Pooka Williams are going to get the ball early and often. They ran for over 350 last week and will look to dominate on the ground again.

Pick: Kansas +4.5

Oregon -10.5 @ Stanford

Stanford got blown the fuck out last week at UCF. That game was more about UCF being a legit top 5 team in the country than Stanford being a bad team. They have Costello back, they are back at home and they are looking to kick off conference play with a much needed win. Now don’t bet the moneyline because I do not think they will win, but they will keep it close.

Pick: Stanford +10.5

Oklahoma St. @ Texas -6.5

Both of these teams are hoping to open up Big XII play with a win to keep themselves in the conference championship conversation. Texas is trying to keep their CFP hopes alive as well since they already have a loss this season. Texas knows its season is pretty much on the line every week and Sam Ehlinger is going to come out on fire. The Longhorn defense is better than what OkSt has faced so far and shouldn’t have too much trouble containing Chuba Hubbard.

Pick: Texas -6.5

Auburn @ Texas A&M O/U 47.5

These two teams are both led by extremely talented QBs. I said earlier A&M’s defense will force Nix into some mistakes but he is still talented as shit and he will obviously make some plays. I think Kellen Mond has a great game and all of that leads to these two teams scoring some points.

Pick: Over 47.5

Oregon @ Stanford O/U 57.5

At home Stanford likes to slow the game down. They are going to try and get the rock to Cameron Scarlett and let him fuckin work. They are going to limit Oregon’s possessions by keeping the ball on the ground and keeping the chains moving. The defense will come up with some big stops and keep the score down.

Pick: Under 57.5

Oklahoma St. @ Texas O/U 73

73 is a lot of fucking points! I know these teams can score but damn that is really high! Spencer Sanders is solid, but going into Austin is a different story and he is going to struggle in a fucking insane atmosphere!

Pick: Under 73

Please be fucking better than last week!
