Well pretty much every GOAT last week lived up to the hype, except for Montgomery, but I don’t blame him. I always forget how bad some coaches are at getting their best RB involved in the game plan. I caught a whole bunch of shit for picking Winston, but he balled the fuck out. My biggest issue was that almost every single Chode went crazy too. Cooper, Hooper, Kamara and Watson all went fucking nuts! I don’t know if you guys noticed, but for Chodes I try and find studs that are not expected to have huge games based on matchups. I don’t just pick some schmucks that we all know will not have a good game.
Matthew Stafford-Stafford is in the top 10 in attempts this year and he has not been playing from behind. They will most likely be playing from behind against KC and if they aren’t then it’s because Stafford is already having a great day. He is building rapport with all of his weapons and is in line for a big week.
Jared Goff-We all saw what Daniel Jones did to TB. He set the world on fucking fire and immediately became the best rookie QB to ever play football. Goff will have similar results this week. The Rams just have too many weapons and he is really trusting them. Big week for Jared.
Marlon Mack-Oakland starts a long road trip and Marlon Mack is going to run all over them to get it started. Oakland is giving up 112 rush YPG and Mack is 3rd in the league in rush yards! Marlon is looking to be the 2nd Mack to fuck the Raiders. Book it!
Joe Mixon-Mixon has miserably disappointed this season. This is the week he gets back on track. Pittsburgh surrenders 140 YPG on the ground and without Ben this game will be close throughout. Look for the Bengals to lean on Mixon giving him 20-25 touches, and look for him to have a big big day.
Kenny Golladay-He is averaging 9 targets per game and that should increase in a pass happy game this Sunday. KC has been OK against the pass this year, but they have not played a team with the weapons Detroit has. Golladay is lining up for a big day.
Terry McLaurin-He just made history by becoming the first player with at least 5 catches and 1 TD in his first 3 games. Look for that streak to continue as the Redskins play the Giants awful fucking secondary. They are giving up an average of 330 YPG. That is the worst in the NFL by 30 yards per game. Bank McLaurin this week for fucking sure!
Will Dissly-The Seahawks just traded Nick Vannett and Dissly has already emerged as Russell Wilson’s favorite red zone target and is third in targets overall for Seattle. Arizona has been litten up by TEs this year (Hockenson, Andrews, Olsen) and are about to feel it again.
WHOEVER IS PLAYING MIAMI!-This week its the Chargers. Put it in pen every week!
If you need a streamer Atlanta at home vs. Tennessee wouldn’t be terrible. Mariota can’t do shit and Atlanta has been pretty solid on D this season.
Carson Wentz-Wentz on a TNF game against a top 5 pass defense is no fucking bueno. I might even say the Packers have a great secondary and it may be a long night for Wentz. Count on this and find a streamer if you can.
Matt Ryan-The Titans secondary has actually been really good. Matt Ryan’s favorite thing to do is throw fucking picks in the RZ and Tennessee will take advantage of his favorite activity.
Dalvin Cook-He has been fucking phenomenal this year, but the Bears have a stout run D. They are giving up less than 70 YPG on the ground. Most people have no choice but to start him but temper expectations this week.
Todd Gurley-Gurley has not been finding holes like he has in past years, and he has not been a factor at all in the passing game. If Gurley isn’t catching passes out of the backfield he loses pretty much half of his value. He has 4 catches this year. Fade his ass this week, especially against a real good run D in the Bucs who are giving up less than 70 YPG.
Mike Evans-After a huge week this week, Evans will fall back to Earth against a real good Rams defense. With Talib, Peters, and Robey-Coleman the Rams are allowing less than 200 Passing YPG. Evans is a bust this week.
Sammy Watkins-If Darius Slay plays he will cover Watkins. If he covers Watkins, Mahomes has too many weapons to use and he will not need to test Slay. If Slay does not play move Watkins up to the GOAT slot.
Zach Ertz-TEs have less than 50 yards receiving against the Packers this year. Ertz is only averaging 60 YPG and has yet to find the end zone. Don’t look for that streak to end this week.
Minnesota Vikings-I’m not yet back on the Mitch train, but traveling in a divisional road game is not easy, and Minnesota’s defense has looked beatable at times this year. Don’t count on a shitty Mitch performance if using this defense.
